My approach

It combines hypnosis with elements of psychotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to help uncover the deeper patterns behind what you’re experiencing.In one or more 1:1 sessions we work on your specific issue. Together, we uncover the underlying beliefs and patterns shaping your experience — and work towards meaningful change.I guide you through this process in a structured and deeply supportive way — with space for what you need in the moment.
